Stop being mean to me!

Hello everyone,
I've had a rough week. I thought I would share things that have happened. First, the maid yelled at Stacey and I. We were going to the gym and she was talking to someone else. Apparently she said something to us and I didn't hear her, because I didn't think she was talking to us. She said to the lady she was talking to, "she doesn't listen". Which was directed towards me. Then she said "HELLOOOO - READ THE SIGN!" This I heard and remembered that the gym was going to be closed that day. Needless to say, I was very mad. She didn't have to be rude.
That night we went to the store. I was in line and just walking forward. This lady walked in front of me. I thought she was going to say - sorry or maybe excuse me. No, she said "I'm just going to go ahead of you, ok. Thank you." I was in shock and started laughing. I couldn't believe she did that. They should have some kind of security at stores to keep everyone in "line".

Then the best day of all. I was trying to get a hold of the bookstore at SUU, so that I could find out what books I needed for class. I called and finally got a hold of this lady. I told her that I needed the ISBNs for my books. She said, "We don't give those out anymore." I was shocked and annoyed. I said, "Why? because we can find them somewhere else for a better deal?" She said, "Yes." She told me that I could come in there and look for myself. I explained that I do not live in that area and I also was in mid sentence telling her that I didn't think that was very fair of them - when she hung up on me. Now, I was very upset (to put it nicely).

I immediately called back but couldn't get a hold of anyone. So I thought about it all day. I was obviously upset that she hung up on me. I was also upset with the fact that school is expensive enough. If I want to go to another source to find a book that is cheaper - that should be my choice. Finally, I had a few minutes at recess so I called back. I asked to talk to a manager or someone in charge. Finally I made it to the manager. I proceeded to tell him my problem when he cut me off and said, "We can't give out the ISBNs anymore." I told him to LISTEN TO ME! I told him: she told me it was a money thing, that they did it to make money, she hung up on me, and maybe
they should be more competitive! He apologized for her hanging up on me and explained why they can't do it anymore. It all made sense and I won't bore you with this issue anymore. But it was very annoying.

I hope you all have had a better week. Love you all!
